A Journey of Continuous Learning & Growth- by Dr.Kishore Brahma T.No.29106

I would like to share the outcome of my journey of continuous learning and growth, which I hope may serve as a source of motivation for family members, friends, and colleagues across diverse industries, niche areas, and age groups.During my recent visit to Goa (3–5 July 2026), I had the opportunity to participate in the Digital Changemakers Academy (DCA) learning journey. I am grateful and humbled to have been recognized with the Change Catalyst Award, inducted into the Hall of Change, and presented with the DCA Changemaker Award. These milestones are not just recognitions—they are reminders that continuous learning, effective communication, and creating value are lifelong pursuits. I sincerely thank the DCA team, mentors, and fellow participants for this enriching experience. I look forward to applying these learnings to my professional engagements, mentoring initiatives, and collaborations with our engineering community. Wishing everyone continued growth and success in their own journey of excellence.

BRAHMA AWARD

A New Chapter Begins...from July 1, '26 ✈️
After a rewarding and enriching consulting assignment with Umlaut (a part of Accenture) for the NAL's 19-seater SARAS Mk II project, I am grateful for the opportunity to embark on a new consulting journey with Cyient for ADA's AMCA project.

It feels especially meaningful to reconnect with an organization that has been an important part of my professional journey in the past (The first job after NAL). I look forward to contributing my experience in Aircraft Structural Integrity, Fatigue & Damage Tolerance, while continuing to learn, collaborate, and create value alongside talented teams.

My sincere thanks to everyone who has supported, trusted, and encouraged me throughout this journey. Looking forward to this new chapter with humility, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence.

🙏 Grateful for the journey. Excited for what lies ahead.
