Prof.
Elangovan Rajagopalan is a veteran aerospace expert and a former Senior
Scientist/Engineer at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) under the
Indian
Space Research Organisation (ISRO). With over four decades of
experience, he is
best known for being an ex-colleague of the late Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
and a
core team member of the GSLV MK-1 program.
Elangovan Rajagopalan studied
Aeronautical Engineering at
the Madras Institute of Technology (MIT), part of Anna University in
Chennai,
where he earned his DMIT between 1973 and 1976 (25th Batch).
